just terrible! Would not recommend anyone here, take business elsewhere. these people do not care about your case at all. My brother in law has been waiting for almost 3 months for a call back from Katie radder!!! Everytime we call for update the receptionist and paralegal leave a message to her but no response. Seems as she has not done her part in work and is AVOIDING US. I mean wow!! This is completely unprofessional and unacceptable. Incompetent place of a “business”

If i could do 0 stars i would. Its been over 4 years that we went to them and they took my husbands fingerprints and they supposedly didn't get a response and they made us go in again… like after two years, after that they said oh we actually did get a response…. Like what!!!! How are you not going to know if you got a response or not… and now we just call and call and call and they always say they'll get back to us. 5 years wasted. But of course they have no problem taking payments

I remember the first time I called several years ago for my permanent residence documents. Thankfully Shirley Sadjadi was there to accept me as her client. I’m glad to know her personality and especially to see how professional she is. I received my residency today and writing to let everyone know she knows what she’s doing. I’m happy to work with her and I would recommend to anyone especially not just latinos, also my Turkish friends.

They DISCARDED my father's complete immigration file WITHOUT NOTIFYING. We called to get a copy of his file, he received a call back that it can be picked up. When I arrive it's someone else who said that information is incorrect, his file is marked closed on their system and his information has been discarded. 30 years worth of information just thrown away? We were here a few years ago, met with Shirley and NOT once did she state his file was closed. Absolutely unacceptable.

I’ve been trying to contact them with some cuestións about my case and I had no luck they’re not professional they don’t care about their customers only money they don’t even close my case I’ve been waiting for my papers since 2021 with no luck I left voicemails and nobody call me back with any answers 100% not recommended so unprofessional people
