The best!

Worst Experience I’ve had. Called over a year ago for a consultation ; I had to wait a whole year for that appointment and without notice the staff decided to Cancel my appointment just because they wanted to. Regardless we Started a Process 6 months ago with them, but throughout those 6 months we were working with Kate and Hugo (assistant) everything was going well, but what I couldn’t believe is that they never really checked the paperwork until it was being ready to be sent out. When they decide to call us to tell us “Oops we messed up” 2 people on a case and neither one of them caught it so we wouldn’t waste all this time given that we had to go multiple times to the office (living over an hour away). Shirley is GREAT, but I really hope you find better staff. Staff that actually cares about your Firm. All I see is Ignorant & Rude receptionists as well as your “legal assistant” (HUGO)

Six months ago my nephew and his wife went to them for help...and after six months of traveling back and forth from home, witch by the way is more than an hour away.. They complied with all the required paperwork and all the payments $$$$$. They were told that apparently a mistake had been made in their part and all the paperwork was processed incorrectly and that nothing could be done.. so in other words they took the money shrugged their shoulders and that's it!. Incompetent place of business .

My experience with Shirley or Yasmin (the lawyers) was fantastic, both of them make me feel comfortable during the process. My issue was With Hugo (legal assistant), the word to describe him is unprofessional. He respond to the emails (if he decides to do it) unprofessional and rude, he said stuff to the customers that makes you feel unsecured. I hope they find competitive staff who really care about the clients, and love their job.

This office has been so attentive to my needs and my overall case. The legal assistants really care about their clients. If I ever need assistance on a future immigration issue I will definitely come back to this office.

My experience with Shirley was great!! But the staff don't care,called once to get an update on my mother's status and they said they were going to email the lawyer and never her back from them then I called I've left 2 Voice Mails never got a call back. It's been 6 months now.
