She returned calls and emails timely, gave good advice, educated my husband and I on the finer points of closing, shared articles and what to expect every step of the way. She was friendly, approachable and easy to work with. We never felt lost or out of control, for she was a soothing hand in a trying time. We were selling our home in Illinois (with her help), selling our home in central Florida (with another attorney there) and buying/closing on a new home in southern Florida (with yet a third attorney) and on top of this two different realtors for the two sales and a builder for the third home purchase.
