I worked with Vicki on a new construction home for my sons, she was very responsive and informative. Whenever I was in need of knowledge and assistance with this process her and her staff was there. When my sister was closing on her townhome I was helping her out with the process because her work schedule didn't allow her much time during "normal" hours. Viki was FANTASTIC!! This entire process was new to us and Viki made it so smooth and took all the headache out of it. She was always quick to reply and made the process painless.
