Recently closed on a house, could not have asked for better representation on my behalf with the negotiations and making sure everything was on point. However, I was so impressed with Themis I had to let everyone know whether you are a client or an agent looking for a real estate attorney you can stop the search. Viki is amazing! very down to earth, knowlegable, understanding and professional. I'm a realtor and I've completed a few transactions with Viki and each time when there were hiccups Viki was on top of her business to get us to the closing table without my clients being negatively affected! (SUPER IMPORTANT!) Having an attorney that is available and communiative is very pivotal during a transaction. Viki shows up and show out everytime.
