I worked with Themis while purchasing my first home and working with him was great! Any questions were answered very quickly and it was clear that he is very detail orientated and customer driven. As a broker in Chicago for the past 8 years I"m surprised it took me this long to come across Themis. He just closed an extremely difficult deal for clients of mine. Viki assisted me with the purchase of my very first property. Throughout the process she was extremely professional, diligent, and punctual even in tough circumstances. Viki helped me throughout the process of buying my first home. She walked me through the inspection results and even offered up her husband's company to come check our attic for mold for free. She was always to quick to respond and provide explanations for anything I had questions about. At closing she explained each of the documents I was signing. I would definitely recommend Katris Law.
