As a broker in Chicago for the past 8 years I"m surprised it took me this long to come across Themis. He just closed an extremely difficult deal for clients of mine. Viki assisted me with the purchase of my very first property. Throughout the process she was extremely professional, diligent, and punctual even in tough circumstances. Viki helped me throughout the process of buying my first home. She walked me through the inspection results and even offered up her husband's company to come check our attic for mold for free. She was always to quick to respond and provide explanations for anything I had questions about. At closing she explained each of the documents I was signing. I would definitely recommend Katris Law.

Please consider this wonderful group for all your real estate needs. I would personally like to recommend Themis as your must have attorney from this group. I have been going back and forth with a Property Manager who refused to refund our security deposit for almost a year. Themis continued to reach out to her with letters, emails, calls and finally, she sent the check and we can close this chapter with an unpleasant woman. He's super nice and wonderful to work with. Viki and her team were on top of everything, which was really important because the attorney for the sellers was not. My home purchase quickly became complicated and frustrating as the other attorney routinely missed deadlines and made mistakes.
