Please consider this wonderful group for all your real estate needs. I would personally like to recommend Themis as your must have attorney from this group. I have been going back and forth with a Property Manager who refused to refund our security deposit for almost a year. Themis continued to reach out to her with letters, emails, calls and finally, she sent the check and we can close this chapter with an unpleasant woman. He's super nice and wonderful to work with. Viki and her team were on top of everything, which was really important because the attorney for the sellers was not.
