Viki is amazing !! My husband & I just closed on our first home and the process was a bit stressful , however Viki helped make the process so much easier. She’s awesome at keeping us in the loop on anything & everything going on with our legal documents. She made sure all repairs that needed to be made were done correctly and made sure we got the best deal possible and not lose out on any money. At closing she made it more exciting rather than overwhelming , by explaining what documents we needed signed and what they meant by the end we had a happy closing day and we’re able to celebrate. I just closed on my house in Lake County and Viki made it so simple and easy! She gave me very clear guidance and step-by-step directions on what needed to happen and in what order. I am a first time homebuyer so I had a LOT of questions. Viki was always available to answer questions and always responded to me quickly. We had our closing yesterday and it was a very smooth transaction. It was a pleasure dealing with Themis. We learned about our lawyer, Themis Katris through our real estate agent and he was awesome! He is very quick and efficient in helping us close on our new house. As first time home buyers, he was always very accommodating in answering our questions; and he answered them very quickly. I was very surprised that he even had a binder ready made to put all our closing papers in it. One guy said that he never has seen a real estate lawyer do that. His attention to detail is excellent.
