Themis was extremely transparent on the entire home selling process. He always made himself available to go over with us any questions we may have no matter what time it was. He also provided us many great resources and recommendations which made the entire process much easier. In addition, Themis worked tirelessly to get our deal to close whenever there was a hiccup. Even though he charged a flat fee, he did not hesitate to put in the extra effort needed to make sure we were taken care of. I never felt like we were just another deal.
