We learned about our lawyer, Themis Katris through our real estate agent and he was awesome! He is very quick and efficient in helping us close on our new house. As first time home buyers, he was always very accommodating in answering our questions; and he answered them very quickly. I was very surprised that he even had a binder ready made to put all our closing papers in it. One guy said that he never has seen a real estate lawyer do that. His attention to detail is excellent. Themis was extremely transparent on the entire home selling process. He always made himself available to go over with us any questions we may have no matter what time it was. He also provided us many great resources and recommendations which made the entire process much easier. In addition, Themis worked tirelessly to get our deal to close whenever there was a hiccup. Even though he charged a flat fee, he did not hesitate to put in the extra effort needed to make sure we were taken care of. I never felt like we were just another deal. Our concerns (no matter how big our small) were his concerns and it showed in his work.
