As a father I was always worried about my own rights, but Jason was able to get me a judgment that put me in a good place for myself and my son. I cannot begin to express my gratitude to Jason Montemayor and everyone at the firm because it would just be endless. As a former wrestler of a neighboring school, I knew of Jason being a dominant competitor on the mat and for most wrestlers that lifestyle never goes away. I've been through family court previously and it wasn't the best experience so when I heard that Jason was an attorney in family law I knew that's who I wanted to help me with something that means a great deal to me. When all this started, I was so anxious of everything that was happening and I was afraid of losing time with my daughter. Immediately after the first consultation I knew I was in the right hands because all my fears just went away once he talked me through every step and anything I didn't understand he happily cleared up. I felt like I asked a million questions as well as noting all my concerns and I can see he genuinely cared and gave me all his attention so he could get all the information in order to see how we were going to handle all this. At certain points when things didn't go as planned and seemed like we were taking a few steps backwards he talked me through it somewhat like a coach. When I would almost lose my head he made sure I stuck to the game plan and stayed clear minded. It felt like Jiu Jitsu philosophy was definitely implemented on this case and what I mean by that is we didn't oppose force with force but instead yielded to an opponents force and let all all the pieces come together. Another part that stood out was when he didn't have an exact answer for me he would be upfront with me and let me know but also worked hard to get me the answer. He would always return messages and calls in a timely manner which meant the world to me because it shows how hard he works for his clients. In the end, I felt like a winner and I couldn't thank him and everyone at the firm enough for keeping my family together.
