Mr Kassir was so nice! I called and within 5 minutes he told me exactly what I needed to do to handle the situation. He turned what I thought was going to be a nightmare into something I didn't need to worry about. Truly a wonderful man! (I know this sounds exaggerated but it's 100% true.
