I made an appt for a consultation with Patrick and he never called at the time he was suppose to call (11am) I called his office around 12pm and his secretary told me she will let him know I called and he did reach out by text saying he would call in 25 mins. 1 hour passed and I text him asking if he was going to call and then he moved the time to 4:30pm. Made me waste my whole morning waiting for his call. I told him 4:30 didn’t work for me to please call the next day and let me know a time and he never bothered to respond. So unprofessional of him. If you cannot commit to an appt don’t have your secretary book the appointment. Ended up going with another lawyer. He was my first option because he has good reviews but now I’m starting to think those review are fake.

Patrick is an outstanding immigration and removal defense attorney. His over two decades of immigration law experience are a testament to what an expert and caring lawyer he is. He’s my go-to for immigration defense cases in Chicago.

I don't know where to start with this law firm! We started out process in 2020, due the pandemic it took what seemed forever. Our attorney, Patrick A Metcalf is the nicest most patient person ever. He stood by our side with every question or concern we had about our case. Martha Hernadez made sure we always answered our calls. She would call and notify us with every change that happened with our case. My mom would talk more to Martha because she spoke spanish. Whenever I needed help Bo, the Sr. Paralegal was always helping me with whether trough email or phone call. How could I not recommend this law firm who has done nothing but wonderful things for our family. I can't thank them enough for all they have done for us! Thank you

Patrick was gracious enough to give me a time during the long weekend of July 4th..Initial Call consultation at NO COST...Can you imagine? It was a great call and answered my questions. I already referred him to some of my friends and look forward to my immigration needs in future.
