When I first talked to Patrick I felt really confident. He seemed to know everything and was nice and professional. However after a year and a half waiting for my green card, talking to 3 different assistants, and getting frustrated, my process was going to be denied. When I talked to the Immigration Officer he told me to talk to my lawyer. I talked to Patrick who seemed not to understand why they were not given me the green card. Finally, and after ANOTHER lawyer told me, I asked him if asking for a waiver would be a solution. He said it could be. Since I didn’t feel him very knowledgeable, I decided to go to another lawyer to find out that he should have applied for my waiver a YEAR AND A HALF AGO!! before sending any other documents or starting my green card petition!! I was so mad and frustrated that he made such a big mistake. I tried to talk to him on Zoom but he wasn’t available and he kept refusing talking to me. Finally I called him on the phone and I told him that he should’ve never accepted my case and that he should have a gently said that he didn’t know how to solve it. I would have enormously appreciate honesty at that time. I would have gone to another lawyer and I could have had my card a year ago. Patric was always nice, although late in his appointments and/or forget them completely.
