Unsatisfied about the coordination and continued billing errors. But I paid the bill and simply communicated my frustrations about errors and service quality in a good faith. However, I received an email stating "you will be charged for all further communications with attorneys" An email clarifying the bill is alleged to cost $75 despite of the MISinformation on the firm side. Like ANY business, lawyers should not even consider charging customers for discussing about FEE disagreements/service incompetency (not for their legal services/opinions). IT'S RIDICULOUS!I would recommend go somewhere else!

Wonderful, respectful and very active, staff. My case was handled by a very nice lady Elizabeth, whi was very hands on, returned calls, emailed and always followed up and gave advice, even when it felt like the process was taking a little longer than expected she assured me we did evrything right, and finally we got approved. Im so thankful to Patrick, Jackie and Elizabeth, u guys are awesome and deserve a 6th ⭐
