Este mes son 3 años que inicié mi proceso para hacerme residente, y acudimos a este bufet de abogados, posiblemente sea de las peores decisiones que pude hacer tomado. En mi caso, un cambio de estatus, porque entré legal al país y me casé. Supuestamente sería un proceso sumamente sencillo y de jactaban de ser expertos en el tema, me asignaron a un asistente de asistente llamada Kathy C bastante poco profesional, vino el COVID y entiendo que en todo hubo un retraso, dejó de laborar Kathy y después de dos años nos citaron (a lo largo de esos dos años miles de situaciones todas desafortunadas pero no me puedo extender tanto) vimos a Patrick que entiendo que sea socio principal de la firma, nos pidió más pruebas, pruebas que no fueron capaces de sugerir desde un inicio. Su actitud apenas mostraba interés a mí caso. Ha pasado otro año y nunca en tres años yo he merecido una notificación de mi “abogado” hace tres semanas llamé a despacho pidiendo hablar con Patrick, por supuesto no estaba disponible, la secretaria (con pésima actitud) me agendó una cita para la siguiente semana que hice la llamada, nos agendamos y me quedé esperando la llamada, que nunca sucedió. Tal vez sea genérico en este país al igual que con el tema médico, eres un número más y ya, no te sientes realmente cuidado menos te puedes sentir importante. Pero han rebasado el límite de la desatención, me siento ignorado y hemos pagado por un servicio, que por cierto no es barato. Si están buscando un abogado de migración busquen en otro lugar, ellos están demasiado ocupados para siquiera tomarte una llamada, no se diga para atender tu caso.

Before I meet metcalf & associates I talked to some other firms but I wasn’t getting the right answers Then after speaking with metcafl and associates I found trust on them my INS application started for my residence card and they made it happen just this year even though my case was tough for my citizenship they worked on my case again and I got approved. Recommend metcalf & associates 100% for me and my family it’s one of the firm’s that we trust the most. Thank you Patric & Bo from metcalf & associates for your hard and honest work

I would like to thank you for the professional work and advice that I have received from Ms. Bo who is proven to be helpful and reliable. Answering all questions that I had and she is extremely knowledgeable and cares so much for her clients. I was very happy with the consultation with her. This office did a great job handling my case. Bo Cerny took over after the previous person and everything cleared out so fast. She was amazing at explaining everything and replying quickly to every email so fast. Very professional and helpful. Thank You Bo.

Just a reminder not to use or trust this guy, Mr Metcalf. He will scam you. He charged me $500 for a deep record search and never got back to me. Finally after a few weeks of avoiding me, he finally spoke to me and didn’t say anything about the search. All he said was “we are ready to go” whatever that means. I asked for my money back because I felt like he didn’t do anything for me, he said the he couldn’t do that because the money has already been spent. (On what?) So I contacted the court house and I did his job for free and found out more about myself. They know exactly who I am and when I post, they act like they don’t know.
