No matter how big or small, Mr. Brody has always given his full attention to the matters, always concentrating on my child's best interests in mind, above all. He is forthright, has impeccable integrity, and will present things clearly and honestly throughout the process, as well as certainly in the courtroom. Despite my ex-wife not physically living with her new significant other, Steve was able to prove cohabitation under the law and thereby obtain an order terminating my maintenance and other obligations of approximately $7,000 per month. After a 7-day hearing the judge ruled that my ex-wife was cohabitating under the law and therefore my obligations were terminated saving me over $84,000 per year.
