Mr Hammel is a wonderful, kind and caring lawyer. My 16yr old daughter had a minor disagreement with a curb on a Saturday evening which caused the airbags to deploy. 911 was disbatched and because the airbags went off, the officer stated a ticket MUST be issued. I contacted Mr Hammel's office Monday morning and Stacey told me this was something Mr Hammel would be able to help us out with and to not worry everything would be taken care of. The ticket was not able to be dismissed at the first court date, due to lack of communication on my part and he set a trial for a later date. My daughter and I attended court, roughly 6 weeks later, Mr Hammel arrived spoke his words of magic to the prosecutor and we walked out. He said that was it, we'd been there long enough. My head, along with my daughters was spinning, and he had said this was a no-brainer case. There was no damage to property or people (thankfully) My family and I cannot thank Mr Hammel (and Stacey for my frantic emails) enough for his patience and kindness throughout this process. Would recommend Mr Hammel 100 times over again. Thank you!!

My 16yr old daughter had a minor disagreement with a curb which set all the airbags off in my car, causing her to call 911 in a panic. I arrived on the scene to 2 fire trucks, an ambulance and at least 3 police cars. She was already in the ambulance by the time I got there, so to say I was worried is an understatement. Long story short, she was ok physically, but the officer on the scene insisted since the airbags went off, a citation of "improper lane usage" HAD to be issued. Monday morning I called Mr Hammels office and spoke with Stacy, who was wonderful, and they offered to help guide me in the right direction. Mr Hammel went to the first court date but couldn't get the case dismissed because he didnt have my accident report (that I didnt even realize the officer fills out for us now) was in my 16yr olds email. He set a trial and we sent him the accident report. About 6 weeks later we showed up to court and everything was dismissed, no questions asked. Mr Hammel was absolutely wonderful and so helpful. I was so stressed and he just breezed in and we breezed out and I literally was like, what just happened. He told me and my daughter to have a good day! Would 100% recommend Mr Hammel to ANYONE with any driving issues, it's definitely his specialty
