I met Jessica many years ago when she was the opposing counsel on one of my matters. Since that case I have referred many clients to her because I can depend upon her taking care of them to the best of her abilities. She is professional, smart, tough and clever. Just what a client needs when the client is in a tough fight. I would not hesitate to refer her to any of my clients. In fact, in her area of expertise, she has been my first choice.

Amidst crisis decisions, Jessica was ready to go! She was thinking ahead and long term when I couldn't see the forest for the trees. She helped me to separate the emotions and reality of what was happening. Jessica was sure to comb through details and decide what was most important for my son and I. Grateful she was my navigator on the divorce journey.

My name is Adam Blair. I’m a single father and professional musician. I’ve toured the world,written national commercial spots,had songs in Billboard Charts ,opened for The President and I would/did trade every bit of that in to be with my son. Since he was pretty much born I have taken the most direct care of him than anyone,yet almost 2 years ago he was taken from me . To say I was devastated,lost or incapable of comprehension would all be massive understatements . I needed a champion to fight for my family. On the suggestion of a friend I called Jessica L Weiner. When I met with her she spoke my language as a single mom herself. She wasn’t taken back my appreance or my job,she just saw I was a good father. Her poise was that of a Star . She had an amazing charm to her that could be felt tables away. A few days later she walked into court and with in seconds owned the room. I felt like I was at concert ! She instantly connected with the judge and child rep. She followed it with quips and jibes. Then ended it with sincerity and endearing banter. I thought to myself “WHAT A SHOW!!” I KNEW in those moments I made the right choice for my son and I . Through the hardest period of my Jessica gave me assurance. Through heartbreak Jessica gave me hope. Through utter pain Jessica gave me knowledge to make tomorrow better . But best of all Jessica gave me my son back! Please take a moment to fully digest that statement because every day for the rest of my life I have to and then I have to know who made that happen. That warm feeling I get in my chest when I see my son smile is because of the efforts and passion of Jessica! Jessica I pray to god you read this because I’m so proud and honored to have watched you in your element and beyond grateful for the results ..... my son.
