Sharanya did a great job for us with the sale of our home.

I would give 6 stars to Sharanya Gururajan if there was an option. She helped us with a sale of our house in Mundelein. She knows the process in and out and is very knowledgeable when it comes to responding to house inspection queries. We had a complicated situation due to the buyer having an FHA VA loan that had stricter requirements for home purchase that Sharanya helped us navigate through. She also has good connections with Title companies and works very hard to help her clients. Highly recommend her services. ******

Sharanya represented us throughout the closing process of selling our rental property. She was 10 out of 10 and went above and beyond to ensure that all details were covered. Sharanya really is the best! We had to deal with some difficult people when we bought our house and I honestly don't believe we would have made it through this process like we did if we didn't have her as our attorney. She fought for us every step of the way. She was always available when we called, she got everything done in a timely manner, and she was very good at dumbing everything down for us when we didn't understand something.
