I reached out to Sharanya for legal guidance and assistance on a client's case. Though it was not completely within the scope of her practice, Sharanya dedicated time to fully understanding the client's situation over multiple phone calls and connected us with the right attorney. Even then, she did not just handover the contact info of the attorney to us. She personally spoke to the attorney and explained the facts of the case and then hopped on a call again with us and the referral attorney. Though we were engaged with the other firm throughout the 2-year process in the legal battle, Sharanya made herself available for any questions we had and provided us guidance.
