It was great working with Carol Nolan for my estate planning documents and to discuss my elderly father. She was responsive to emails, had convenient times to meet, and executed the documents promptly.

When it comes to Elder Law and Estate Planning, Carol Nolan is one of the best Attorneys I have had the privilege to work with. Carol is thorough, kind, easy to work with, prompt, and responsive which gave my wife and me peace of mind. She has great knowledge of the law and I would recommend her without hesitation.

After speaking with Carole about handling an estate matter I paid the retainer and signed the fee agreement. She was paid multiple thousands of $$$ to handle this. With a mere few hours left to close the estate, she attempted to increase the hourly rate by $50.00 an hour. When I refused, she abruptly quit, and left me in a difficult situation. Very unprofessional behavior on her part.

Needed someone to help with claim. Called and emailed several times and either told work being done or no response. Checked myself and found nothing done. Hired someone else and benefits now received. Conick did nothing.

When my brother passes away last year I needed an Estate Attorney in DuPage County. I asked another attorney friend if they could take care of this matter, they told me No, but they referred me to Carol. What a blessing it was to work with her to take care of my brothers estate. She took care of everything. She provided me with the documents to get into his Storage Unit, the correct paperwork to sell his vehicle, and because of the way she set the Estate up it was easy to sell his home. She set up all of the documents that I needed for closing out his Retirement Funds, and the correct documents for closing out his Bank Accounts and setting up an Estate Bank Account, and even instructions on filing his State and Federal Taxes. If you have any type of Estate work you need done I would highly recommend Carol Nolan.

The best accident and injury law firm in Chicago! I am absolutely happy with the work my attorney, Jim Lynch, did for me after a terrible sporting accident. My case was not easy but Jim handled every obstacle thrown at him by the defense with great skill. He and his firm negotiated a much better than anticipated settlement for me.
