Called with a personal injury. Asked to speak with an attorney. Gave my info to intake. Several days later, I received a TEXT message from someone at the firm stating that the attorneys weren't able to take my case. No explanation. I have never had attorneys text like that before. I worked in law offices, and I've never seen such an unprofessional response and response and response method. They had no way of knowing if the phone I faked from even accepted texts or if it was even my phone. I will not recommend this firm based on this behavior alone.

Was told 2k would cover an uncontested divorce with a minor child and no assets. Well, I’m $6,000 deep and counting. If you want an up front and honest lawyer that will give you their word, Shake your hand and look you in the eye, please, I beg you, keep on looking elsewhere.

This law firm fished me for more and more money, my attorney Josette Allen was horrible and unprofessional and I ended up firing them. Don't waste your time here, if your case is important keep looking for a more professional law firm.

We worked with Hal to buy our first house 7 years ago. When we decided to relocate we knew to call Hal again. The property sale included a temporary rental agreement. Hal successfully negotiated mutual agreeable terms with all parties. For the new property purchase the title company (seller selected) was not properly prepared for our closing. Hal help facilitate the close despite the title company's shortcomings. He calmly offered solutions to the title company's excuses and went above and beyond all expectations. He and his staff promptly responded to my emails and phone calls. I highly recommend Hal Conick for any closing from simple to complicated.

STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE!!! My Husband called Mr. Conick to explain his situation and Mr. Conick said he had a good case. WE had 1 year to appeal a case. He asked that my husband get an appointment to bring in all the documents he had. He obtained an appointment 2 weeks out, however his assistant called the day before and said he would be in court and we would need to change the appointment. Again, we obtained an appointment 3 weeks out. And when WE CALLED to verify the appointment, we were told Mr. Conick was recuperating from an accident and we would need to schedule another month out. Finally my husband was able to see him and again he was informed that he had a good case but wanted to confer with an associate and we should give him two weeks. The two weeks were up and we called his office, his assistant said she she didn't know when Mr. Conick would be in the office. She kept complaining that she was the only one working there. And she had to do everything. She said she would leave him a message. After another week I called and asked this "assistant" if she spoke to Mr. Conick and she again stated she left a message. She said she didn't know when he would return, and added I'm the only one working in this office. I asked her to have Mr. Conick call us. Well HE DID NOT! He has kept us waiting SINCE FEB 1st 2017 until again today my husband called and that so called "assistant" who doesn't know anything other than complain that she is the only one working. And has to do everything in that office. She informed my husband today 5-30-17 that she spoke to Mr. Conick last week and he said there was nothing he could do for our case. My husband upset for the run around asked her if she knew last week why didn't she call us? And what did she say??? you guessed it, "Well I'm the only one here working and have to do everything" FOUR MONTHS of wasted time!!!!!!!! Stay away from this office! this despicable "attorney" and his unintelligent, ignorant and plain STUPID Ass-istant!! Can you spell >>> KARMA???
