Kimberly handled a workers comp subrogation claim, and a personal injury lawsuit for our company. She was first person on the accident site, besides the rescue personnel. Kimberly was not only extremely thorough throughout the entire process, but she was also swift in response to all pertinent matters in the case. Kimberly worked tirelessly to insure all appropriate evidence was brought to light, and properly disclosed. She was able to recognize important technical issues, that among other things ultimately resulted in the proper resolution of the claim.
