Carol has been my attorney for at least twenty-five years. Needless to say, I have needed an attorney several times during that time (either for me or for a mber of my family). Carol has assisted me with trusts, wills, elder-care issues, pre-nuptial agreement, spousal Medicaid laws, and familial legal problems. In legal areas which Carol does not practice, she has recommended other attorneys multiple times. For example, a family member needed a family law attorney. Carol recommended an appropriate attorney. That attorney was able to consult with my family member and we loved her. Over the years, Carol's advice has been and continues to be invaluable to me; just a phone number away. Carol has many unique skills, such as the ability to speak 'in plain English' such that I could easily understand all the pros and cons of the specific issue leading to a well-informed decision. Not only does she point out the legal pros and cons, but she also points out potential outcomes. She explains all sides of the issues. Throughout the years, especially during difficult times, Carol treated me with respect, trust, empathy and honesty. Her knowledge of the law is unsurpassed! I can’t imagine my life without her support, advice and consult.

Carol is an excellent attorney. She helped me and a family member recently with a death in the family and what to expect when the will is filed and probate is applied for. She is quick to respond and explained everything so we could understand. I would highly recommend her skills with elder law and putting a trust together as we have had her help us with those items in the past as well.

Called with a personal injury. Asked to speak with an attorney. Gave my info to intake. Several days later, I received a TEXT message from someone at the firm stating that the attorneys weren't able to take my case. No explanation. I have never had attorneys text like that before. I worked in law offices, and I've never seen such an unprofessional response and response and response method. They had no way of knowing if the phone I faked from even accepted texts or if it was even my phone. I will not recommend this firm based on this behavior alone.

Was told 2k would cover an uncontested divorce with a minor child and no assets. Well, I’m $6,000 deep and counting. If you want an up front and honest lawyer that will give you their word, Shake your hand and look you in the eye, please, I beg you, keep on looking elsewhere.
