Carol is a consummate professional. For both my mother and I, Carol fulfilled our desired work to our complete satisfaction. Additionally, she was timely and thorough in clarifying our numerous questions throughout. Wether it be the tasks at hand, scheduling, payments, Carol was organized and precise with her communication. I would gladly recommend her to anyone.

After speaking with Carole about handling an estate matter I paid the retainer and signed the fee agreement. She was paid multiple thousands of $$$ to handle this. With a mere few hours left to close the estate, she attempted to increase the hourly rate by $50.00 an hour. When I refused, she abruptly quit, and left me in a difficult situation. Very unprofessional behavior on her part.

I had a time sensitive legal issue that needed attention and I have contacted a few lawyers online, but Kimberly was the first to respond and to help me with the issue. She is very attentive, listens carefully to your problems and gives you insights of what needs to be done. Another thing I liked a lot about her is that she replies to emails quickly, communication is very important and she does it flawlessly. Overall I had a great experience with her firm and will use her in the future if needed. Thank you Kimberly!

Needed someone to help with claim. Called and emailed several times and either told work being done or no response. Checked myself and found nothing done. Hired someone else and benefits now received. Conick did nothing.
