I have been fighting a collection agency, for almost 16 years, and cc cases I have won in the courtroom..The way they have harassed me.. i found this wonderful lawfirm who actually fights for the little people. Although no money was won against them., this firm not only got them to stop harrasing me, but also got the past cases off of my credit report and did not receive a dime as they work on a contingency basis.. They were quick and professional, i believe the collection agency, should have paid the lawyer fees, but most of all, I will not be harassed anymore, nor will this be on my credit..i want to again thank the firm for standing up for the little guy.. I really have never met a firm like them. I HIGHLY recommend this firm.. i can not say enough how please I am...Tara Gallagher

Never knew this type of service was available. They have put a stop to all the harassing phone calls and mail that I was receiving while going through my Bankruptcy. they were very helpful, polite, and professional. Thank All of you at Atlas Consumer Law.

This was about the most quick and easy process I've ever had!!!! Very pleased with how they helped me...very easy and hassle free. This is so great now having Portfolio Recovery harrassing me anymore. Literally talked to an attorney for a few minutes the day after I put my complaint in online.....and less than 1 week later I heard back with a settlement offer that was awesome!!! Super easy and painless!!!! Thanks again Atlas!!!!

Fantastic experience.

The firm and every associate I dealt with were all very helpful and professional..I felt very at ease with the process..They would check in and give me status updates even if there were no additional information they still wanted me to know that they were working on my file..I was suprised with the outcome (cash settlement & removal of collection items from credit)..I would definitely use them again

If u need people to do the job rite and get fast n good results these are the people to talk to.. They give u updates all the time and take time to listen to u..they not like other attorneys they do there job..
