Excellent law firm with experienced, knowledgeable and CREATIVE attorneys who who will fight for your rights aggressively. Highly recommended.

Kind of a long story but I had this medical bill and my insurance should have paid at 80% but the biller used a different diagnosis code than the doctor ordered. When I brought this up to them they immediately sent the bill to collections. The collections began harassing me after I explained that I was negotiating with the original debtor. This recovery service put the debt onto my credit and told me that they would remove it once it was paid. I contacted an attorney who informed me that they broke several laws in the process. He referred me to Atlas because he had dealt with them in the past and had actually lost against them. They were very professional, emailed all of the paperwork, and explained everything in detail. About 14 days later, I received a call with a settlement amount, asking for my permission. I didn’t have to pay a dime, now my medical bill is being paid and I’m receiving $500. I hope this never happens again but if it does, I will only call Atlas.
