Very professional office, helpful and thorough staff.

Dr Lam has been my eye Dr for 25 years and has taken extremely good care of me. I have total confidence in him and his practice.

This place has been amazing, they repaired my credit with all three bureaus. I had a fraudulent charge from an apartment complex parent company trying to charge me an extra week of rent past my end date, which wrecked my near 800 credit score. I tried to reason with the parent company (Maxus Properties, who has never met me and submitted my paperwork) and they just reported me to a collection agency anyway(Pro Collect). Pro collect wouldn't give me the time of day even though I sent them all the documentation. Then I tried to dispute it with Experian, Transunion and Equifax and they wouldn't give me the time of day either even though I sent them the same paperwork. I found this firm and they were able to fix everything. I spent so much time trying to fix this myself before I found this firm. I wouldn't have gotten anywhere without them.

Wow what a horrible phone call with a person who is not a Laywer. To be told that they believe collection companies have the right to buy debt and it does not violate people privacy or rights. That consumer law that protects us as a people is not the concern of this firm. As long as you made payments and they are being reported falsely they can help. Only cases they take are winners. Information for the cost was not given. So you will not take a case even if the money was paid for out of pocket. Amy was admitted to quickly hang up the phone because her mind was made up on who I was on questions asked. I was only asking for information that I need to provide for a case and how much is needed. Next I was told that state cases is not a concern for this firm. State laws does not apply to them. Repeated that I did not have a case because proof was not available at this time. Everyday companies violate our lives by buying private information and law enforcement must get warrants from a judge to obtain information. Yet debt collection companies and more can just get around the laws. Money is coughed up and your life is out on the web because no one cares. Atlas I am disappointed on your practices. Reasons why law enforcement officials have it bad is because of the washing of hands of cash.

I had the blessing of working with Chad W. Eisenback and Danielle Chapman and these two did an Amazing job. Danielle broke down the process about how everything works with these type of lawsuits, and had no problem answering any questions before deciding to retain them. Then she handed me over to Chad who handled the case and was always ready to answer questions, give updates, and make sure I was getting what I deserved. Neither one was overly pushy or seemed annoyed by my questions or me not understanding certain things. The best part about this firm is that, if you don't have money to retain upfront, like most of us don't, they offer a second solution which worked very well. Thank you all for what you've done and helping me.

Dr. Lam has been the finest, most experienced and informed physician I have been too. He is able to manage complex eye issues as well as everyday exams. He is warm and down to earth. He's never kept me waiting. He addresses all questions. I trust him and recommend him highly. He is not in one of the huge practices in the area where you are on an assembly line and fight to get an appointment. If you need to took look towards someone for eye care, Dr. Lam looks right at you. Thank you Dr. Lam I saw him again this week and he was his excellent brilliant and warm self.
