Some of the embittered women working the front area definitely need a lot of sensitivity training. Nothing cute about a woman of color working in law enforcement deciding to go on a power trip when interacting with regular civilians who are also people of color. Happy holidays, though.

The absolute worst court building I’ve ever been in. So slow and unprofessional. They can care less about your time. If you’re late for court they will put a warrant out on you but they aren’t held accountable for being over an hour late opening the court room wow make it make sense

Please do not waste your time calling here, they do not answer the phone and when they do they transfer you to the voicemail. Its very terrible, you leave a voicemail they don't call back you choose customer service and the phone hangs up.

Horrible customer service. Spent 3 days just to get someone to answer the phone for the civil union department, and on the third day when I finally got an answer , they lady says to call back later because they had just opened very rudely , and I asked her if i was going to be answered she again said very rudely to call back later . I don't understand if they hate their jobs, why not go somewhere else. I'd recommend going to the location in Chicago.

Either they shut this place down or they change the workers that don’t even wanna be there. They don’t wanna work or do their job. Why the heck are you there if your life is miserable don’t have attitude with people quit your job and go sit at home this is ridiculous, everybody in the building needs to be fired and changed with professional people

If I could leave a zero I would. The judge in 203 needs to be replaced. I’ve had several threats with my child’s father and I went to the police station and thinking I’m doing everything right by law. She made me feel like I was the crazy bm when all I’m asking for is an emergency order of protection. She did not grant .. she failed me … I have to ask my job public safety to walk to my car .. I have now applied for my cc I’m in fear of my life and she’s yet done nothing. I’m in serious danger and I’m begging for help.. they “lost my file.” The first day I filed for an emergency restraining order.. had me sitting there 5 hours. To tell me the lost my file and it’s nothin they can do. I begged them to help me and get an order protection and they ignored me. This system is not built to help you

What is the point of having a phone number if no one answers? Extremely disappointing to see how this government building is funded.
