Only gave 1 star because I had too. I was in a small claims case. A case I was fight against and was sure that I would have won. I've attended every date uo until arbitration and the. I never receive a notice foe the court date. I missed the date and boom a default judgement entered against me. Not ro mentioned the only reason I knew of the first date was because I was solicited my an attorney for representation. I've called repeatedly with no answer . I finally went there and asked why I never received anything in the mail and was told that my contact information was not on file. I asked how is that when it's apart of the case. No answer. I an sooooooooo mad

I had the most delightful experience here today. Not only was everyone very nice, attentive, and assertive. The lines was moving fast. I got what I needed with ease and I am very GRATEFUL! I was mesmerized by those healthy beautiful plants in the records office. Just wonderful. Once people realize that if you have a positive mindset, surround yourself around positive loving people, act with kindness, listen and watch positive things and you will create more positive experiences like I endure on a day to day basis. Horrible employees & customer service!

How is this building even legal ? They have a bunch of people who hate their jobs and give you attitude for no reason . They never answer the phones no matter how many times you call .

The worse experience of my life one employee had strong liquor on her breath. Super slow service they chat with each other more than with the customer, omg!

I was refused a sit in waiting room and not allowed to sit in on a meeting with the Public defender Ashley McKee who's s supposed to be defending my son who has mental-health issues she would not allow me in the room while she talked to my disabled son as she was trying to manipulate him into signing a deal call 402 after we had told her for the last 2 years that he wants to take this matter to this is a violation of my son civil rights and it has been going on for a long time in courtroom 107 the judge as well is involved

When you walk in you have to make sure you take all the metal out of your pocket, put it in a little tray, take your coat off if you have one and walk through the metal detector. Where there is an officer with a wand he will wand you if you go off.

If your going to room 119 for civil avoid the old black miserable man with the glasses.

Closed Vital records at Bridgeview courthouse and closest one was Markham which made the line quite long. When I arrived about 40 in line, shortly thereafter it doubled. One hour to get a document.

Would Divorce here again.
