Nobody answers phones ! Even tried wrong dept's, still no answers !! Nobody home at the courthouse ! Holiday declared by workers ! This is the first weekly " un-work" day : be prepared ! I want answers !!!

Pleasant. The wait wasn't very long, the clerks were professional and of great help. But I do question why they removed the records office from the Bridgeview Courthouse.

The courthouse is unorganized and if you try to use new computer system good luck . They want to collect money and claim they never received in order to pocket cash.

I went there because of jury duty, what I don't understand is why summons people who work? Summons those who are unemployed and have them come in and contribute to society.

Went to website the link I clicked on was blank. So called the number. It gave me a prompt to hit another number. Hit that number it gave me another number to call. Called that number and it went to voicemail. Voicemail full. Who works here? This is so unprofessional. Looking at the other reviews, it is obvious they don't care to make any improvements to service people.
