I had a few set backs last year that caused me to fall behind on my mortgage. I was told by my lender(FCI Lender Services) that the only way to save my home was by applying for a loan modification. A week later, I received an application in the mail and I followed the instruction and submitted everything that my lender requested. A month later, I was told that my application was not filled out correctly and that all of my documents expired. So I corrected the application and faxed over my updated paystubs and bank statements. 2 weeks later, they told me that my application was still incomplete because I forgot to check a box on the application. After going back and forth with the lender for about 3 months, my file was finally marked complete and went into underwriting. A month later, I received a call from my lender and was told that my file was denied due to my debt to income ratio was too high, and that my only option was liquidation. When I heard that news, I was so upset and depressed that I couldn't function at work that day. A coworker noticed that something was wrong and asked what was going on. After working with Mr. Avny for about 45 days, my loan modification got approved. Not only that my lender dropped my interest rate to a 3% fixed, they reduced my principal balance by $105,000. Mr. Avny done an amazing job for me and I highly recommend his services to anyone who's in trouble with their mortgages.
