I was referred to the Law Offices of Jeffrey A. Avny by a good friend of mine. They did a terrific job with my loan modification and were able to lower my mortgage payments by $600.00 per month.

Lets see where shall I begin. Jason Tong is one awesome guy...My husband and I had been in an interest only loan and had tried several avenues to get our loan modified and was coming up rejected and disappointed. Finally we were referred to Jason we were afraid to trust anyone because of our passed experience Jason gave us such comfort that we could trust him to get the job done. Which he delivered on his promise we are no longer in a interest only loan and our house payment has been reduce by nearly $500.00. He ALWAYS returned my calls and e:mails no matter what time of the day or night. I am in Southern California so the time diffrence did play a factor but it never mattered. When I received the message we were approved I was over the moon with excitement...Once again Jason you are an awesome guy thank you again for all your efforts and hard work..Keep up the good work. I tried getting a mortgage modification with my lender for 12 months. They repeatedly asked for documents over and over and continuously gave me conflicting information. I didn't think there was much they could do to help me, considering I had tried it for 12 months on my own. Boy was I surprised! They got my file approved in less than 6 weeks lowering my payment by $382.69 a month!

Jason and his team were absolutely amazing to work with! I had struggled attempting to better the housing situation of a family friend with nothing but dead ends and being turned down. They knew exactly how to approach the lender and accomplish what I had such a hard time attempting on my own. I would recommend anyone I know to this firm!

I had a severly delinquent mortgage that was in foreclosure and had exhausted most of my options. Luckily I saw a facebook post from one of my friends Ausra about the work she does with this office helping people in foreclosure through loan modification. I met Jason and Ausra who were very professional and nice, they explained how they could help me and they walked me through the process. I never had to contact the mortgage company, they did all the work and 3mo's later I'm out of foreclosure and into a new loan with interest rate of 2%. Great work guys! I cannot say enough good things about the Law Offices of Jeffrey Avny and Professional Loan Consultants (PLC). Years ago I tried doing a modification with some guy I heard on the radio and it was a big scam. Jeffrely Avny and his firm are the real deal. They handled the entire process. Using PLC I was able to get my first mortgage payment lowered from $3,821 a month to $2,271 a month. They also got my second mortgage of $55,000 settled for $8,500. I would recommend them to anyone.
