Jason Tong was a beacon of hope to my family at a time when our options appeared limited and the likelihood of a satisfactory resolution seemed nigh on impossible. Not only was he able to help us save our home, but his calm and empathetic demeanor offered emotional succor to myself and those I care about most. My family and I are eternally grateful for his service and I hereby recommend Mr Jason Tong without reservation.

You plan your whole life and try to cover any possible situation and then comes the big one. I worked 32 years in the title industry, another 5 in misc, went to school, saved up for a down payment, saved the 6 months of mortgage payments as a reserve, put money in the bank, paid my taxes, voted, and tried to be a good citizen. However my back and health had other plans and let's go back to the 37 years of taxes I paid. I was crippled after 5 years of fighting my problem and in the end when all was exhausted there was no help from Big Brother even though I was paid up. That's until I met Jeff Avny and his crew at the law office, who where able to help. I was denied for almost everything till I met with Jeff and Jason so then the doors started to open up. I never once felt uncomfortable or embarrassed, I always got a return call, they listened to my silly questions and answered them, and in the end I can't say thank you enough to them. Looking back, I was one month away from losing everything I worked for before I entered The Law Office of Jeffrey A. Avny. Thank You Again!!!!!!!!!!

The people were easy to deal with at the law offices of Jeffrey a Avny. They were extremely well-informed and very friendly overall. I could recommend them just because it's nice to meet good people who care about people, and their mortgage. They take their work very serious and they don't waste time , everyone at the office is well-informed, every question I had they were able to give me answers quickly. I'm very grateful to have used their service & I have my mortgage problems completely solved thanks to them.

I have known this office for over 6years and they have done a lot for me, saving my home, helping me to obtained Il hardest hit fund, they even helped to evict my stuborn tenanat. I cannot go ahead with what this office has done for me, because i will still be here still next year.
