I cannot say enough good about the fantastic help I received from Attorney Brett Appelman. I was falsely accused of something, and threatened with serious legal action. He promptly returned my phone call, and totally settled my situation without any liability on my part. Obviously he cannot guarantee similar results, but his services were absolutely the most professional I could hope for. I also had a second smaller incident that he handled in a very short time. I am forever thankful for Mr. Appelman's incredible service.

Brett has helped me many times, for all different incidents. He can handle cases with varying seriousness, and does an excellent job at getting you a great agreement. Michael was excellent in his representation. He communicated everything, worked hard to reach a resolution outside of litigation but wasn’t afraid to take the case to trial in order to resolve it. I was very happy with him and although I hope to never need his legal representation again, if I do, I know he’ll do a wonderful job. Don Did Amazing with My Case!! Knowing many attorney's in the area since 1995 i have to say that Don Pesce Is One of the Elite at tackling tasks and getting orders to the Courtroom, in my situation everything was an emergency! He was the guy to make it happen! I recommend this guy to anyone with dynamic Situation's!

It would have been better to represent myself. All his guy would do is take orders form the other side. I lost my job and did not go after maintenance or help with the child support. The Judge went against the Child agreement and he did NOTHING. Never filed a motion to protect me. He would disappear for a week at a time, NEVER returned my calls. Ended paying the other side an extra $2000 because I could never get a hold of him. I had to settle because I ran out of money paying him over $15,000 and got NOTHING. When I needed him his answer was "I am very busy", but not busy to take my money. I am still finding out the lie that he told me. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR, FIND ANOTHER LAWYER!!!!
