Jonathan and Ashley were wonderful to work with after I was in a serious car accident caused by a young driver. I was so stressed out but working with them really pull me off the emotional ledge. Can't thank them enough. Absolutely would recommend them.

Back in 2017 I injured my back at work I'm a caregiver . The company told me I didn't not get injured at work. I hired Jason Marker. The company fought him endlessly that I didn't get hurt at work. Mr.Marker was ready to take it to trial the company made an offer which paid all my medical bills (I had to have a spinal fusion which I had at the end of 2018) I felt I received a fair settlement which I received in the spring of 2023. I suffered a pretty nasty slip and fall and required tons of physical therapy and surgery and more physical therapy.. it goes on and on. This firm knows the business of workmans comp. Jason, Kimberly (no longer there but was fantastic) and the rest of the team were just a delight to work with. They always made me feel like I was a priority even though they're busy! My case was a difficult one as it was not a lot of money and was depression and anxiety related, which i found was hard to get anyone to take. Then I met these folks and let me tell you they handled everything, never doubted my issues or concerns and never judged. They made me comfortable and winning made me justified. You Be The Judge. I was referred to Jason Marker Law Firm 3 months after I was dealing with a previous Attorney Ashley Marcos. Unfortunately, Attorney Marcos was with child. She then referred me to Attorney Jason Marker. I was introduced to Jason Marker. He set me up with a Doctor & therapy to confirm the injury on my arm / shoulder. I felt lucky that we were moving right along. Unfortunately, Attorney Marker had medical problems & had to leave for a certain duration, his Paralegal had to then assist me until he would return from a his medical condition. Several weeks passed by & his Paralegal, Kimberly Garrigan was helping me out , until she then had to seek medical attention. Now, thinking that both were out, I was assured through another Paralegal or a secretary, things would get accomplished. Well the Doctor's & my therapy had just ended. Fast forward a few months, for judicial protocal with regards to the legal procedures of my case was finally added to the list now in the Judicial System. I immediately was told that Jason Marker had been dealing with my case. But, to my surprise, Jason Marker was negotiating with the Insurance Company and that I should be expecting a settlement that would suffice all companies involved in a satisfactory manner in my case.
