I worked with Jonathan Crannell regarding a car accident I was in. He was so professional when I sat in his office as I was complete mess. He made me feel comfortable and I knew he was going to help me with everything. I could now breathe. Even though my case was small, he treated me as if it wasn't. He treated me with absolute respect. Jonathan was always there for me when I needed him. I also spoke to his assistant Ashley many times. I either spoke to Jonathan or Ashley, that's it, you won't be passed around from person to person each time you call like you would be in a huge practice. You are NOT a number. Both Jon and Ashley stay in constant connection with each other. They both know what is happening with your case at all times. Ashley was an absolute delight to work with. If you have to leave a voice mail, one of them will call you back in a short and reasonable time. I could always count on them. I have to give extra props to Jonathan as my case was sensitive even though it was small. I could confide in him and felt safe to. He also made special arrangements so that I didn't have to be on camera as I have a phobia of live cameras on my face. It sounds funny when we live in a world of cameras, but it's only when I'm in the spotlight. He took my silly phobia seriously. I can't speak enough wonderful words about him and his firm. They got me through a very difficult time and I'm so incredibly grateful they were there for me! Hands down 5/5 stars! Can I give 6 stars?!

I was fortunate enough to have Mr. Crannell represent me in a personal injury case. I was most impressed with his empathy and kindness. Being involved in a law suit Is not a pleasant experience, but Mr. Crannell took into consideration my feelings and how this impacted me from an emotional standpoint. I would not hesitate in recommending him for representation. A finer lawyer, but more importantly, human being, you will never find.

While I definitely wish to have never needed their services in the first place, I am extremely grateful to have had them in my corner fighting for me and taking care of everything!!! Their commitment to ensuring the best possible outcome for me, while allowing me to focus on recovering from my extensive injuries, was something I wouldn't have been able to put a value on until I unfortunately found myself in the situation. They kept me informed of anything happening with my case and they were easily accessible if I ever had questions or concerns. To show how God works in mysterious ways, I've never hired an injury attorney before, heck, I didn't even find Jon. I think an active mil/LEO/veteran friend just told me, while I was lying in the hospital bed, that they reached out to Jon and he was expecting my call...the word grateful doesn't accurately convey my gratitude enough. Looking back, day 3 of my 9 day hospital stay, that phone call with Jon was one of the best conversations I can say I had. I honestly don't think I could have asked for more. I feel humbled by the care given to me and my case by this firm. Their actions speak louder than words, and when they say "your needs always come first," they truly mean that, because I felt like my case was their only case throughout the process. To end this long review I'll just say this, you can go with what might be larger firm because you think there might be more fight in that dog, but let me tell you about the fight in this one...they've got real teeth, they will get out and fight for you, plus I guarantee you won't get the quality and care you'll get here!
