I like this company at first, then had to help the attorney find correct documents to file. The attorney made spelling errors I pointed out, got charged for telling them to revise. Case closed paid final bill, they started sending more invoices. You get invoiced for them sending final bill. My wife called and paid final bill (due to them not responding to email)and we got charged for calling in to pay final bill and for email. If you are charged to make final payment when does charges stop? This is a joke!

Matthew Dorich crush my home sale and new home purchase. I always felt Matthew had my best interest in mind. Matthew negotiated the best deal possible on my sale. On my purchase Matthew addressed every single one of my concerns before we got to the closing table. I will never use another attorney other than Matthew. Matthew has a life long client.

This past week (9 Feb 2022) was my first interaction with O'Flaherty Law. It started with an email to inquire about their services for a potential legal matter, after being referred by another attorney. The email advised that I call back during regular business hours, or if I preferred, they would follow-up with me; it's common to hear that line from businesses, then never hear back. However, just as stated, they wrote me a follow-up two days later, and again suggest that I call. I did. A young lady answered, and she spoke articulately in identifying that I'd reached O'Flaherty. From the start of the conversation, she was polite and professional, with a genuinely caring tone -- her demeanor helped ease my initial nervousness about calling a lawyer's office. She (J.S.) also identified herself as part of the "Intake team", which reassured me that I wasn't just speaking with a generic call center; it also helped me know that she was not as lawyer herself, but rather someone who would screen my information for review by an actual attorney. J.S seemed to have some basic legal knowledge of the issue I was sharing, but again advised me that this the screening process, and that I could schedule a consultation with one of their lawyers, for legal advice. Similarly, she was straight-forward about the cost of consulting with an attorney "should I chose to do so". Again, she treated me with courtesy and candor! Nothing in my interaction with this Law Firm felt misleading or evasive. First impressions don't always tell the entire story, but they DO matter, as they often portray a realistic insight into the 'character' of a business!

I have never seen a worse law office than this one. They don’t return calls. They charge you for reading emails. They ask you for more money every month. We retained them over 5 months ago and their $2500 fee has gone up to $5500 Ana absolutely nothing has been done. We are not the Kardashians or Buffets and can’t keep throwing good money after bad. We have never had a court date even though Matt Dorich promised that we would be in court by December 6th. It’s bad enough that we are being subjected to unfair treatment by the baby’s mother, but this law firm doesn’t have any compassion for the situation and their client. If you are looking for help, don’t look at the O'Flaherty law firm. They are not your friend.

Very positive experience. Everyone at the office was very knowledgeable and friendly. Zoha was especially helpful in helping me navigate where I needed to go.
