My friend recommended this firm based on a good experience with their staff. Alyssa was extremely kind, she listened to everything I had to say and then helped to guide me to someone tailored toward my needs. She suggested that I speak to Matt Hector. After our 30min. conversation I felt like I properly understood my options and had the knowledge now to move forward with my situation. I am so grateful for this firm and their amazing staff!!!

I'm not gonna go far in details but this place IS A COMPLETE RIP OFF! I've had more than one attorney in my lifetime so I'm a lil familiar with how things usually go between an attorney, his legal staff, and his clent. O'Flaherty law made claims on invoices that just did not happen. I've had one court dat and one one correspondence with the court for $3500🤔...then I asked for invoi When I called to ask questions all I got was more invoicesces to see where the money went 🤬if they weren't an attorney's office I'd sue. It gets worse.all All I hired this company for was to have rights to see my daughter my needs were never addressed. When I called to ask questions I got nothing but more invoices. Not a good company!

This law firm has helped me with creating an LLC, contract agreements for my business, power of attorney, and putting my assets in trust. They were fast and very professional. I recommend them highly.

We needed a financial and medical power of attorney for my mother in law. We used O'Flaherty Law to draft the documents and facilitate her signing them and making them official. They did an excellent job preparing them, and even my mother in law made note of how courteous and professional they were when she went to sign them. And their cost was reasonable as well. In addition, I referred them to a client of my own that needed help with the recently approved Able Act. This act allows people with special needs children to put money aside for their long term benefit that won't disrupt any state approved support they may be receiving. Since it is relatively new there is limited information on it, but the lawyers at O'Flaherty did their research on the act itself and what it covers and doesn't cover. They helped my client determine if they needed any additional documentation to support their child upon their passing. It was determined that it would still be beneficial to have a special needs trust for their child once they are no longer around for his care. My client was appreciative of their help and relieved to know how to properly protect their child for the long term.

My wife and I truly value our relationship with O'Flaherty Law. Working with O"Flaherty has always been a very favorable experience. They may not have always told us exactly what we wanted to hear, but they have always told us what we needed to hear and that information has served us well. Called the Naperville office and my first contact was with Alyssa who was so kind and understanding to what I needed an attorney for so she guided me to the perfect fit which was attorney Kevin Cruz and within an hour I was speaking with Mr.Cruz about my situation. He was very knowledgeable about my legal issue and helped me resolve my matter in a timely fashion. I would highly recommend O’Flaherty Law office !

Paid over $15,000 in a case the lawyer (Adam, who left the company during my case) told me would cost $5,000. Did not get the value I expected, and they overcharged me for the work they did and did not even finish the Job.

First thing is I should have read the resent reviews at the Downers Grove and Naperville locations. The last 5 or so 1 star reviews they received is everything that i am having problems with. It took alot for me to write this review, as I don't write alot of them. But retained them almost a year ago and only Talked to Mark Hitt only one time, it was when I first called in and this is who they assigned to me. I have called several times and left messages. What they do is only send invoices saying they used all your money please send more. I have done this once and they are sending more. In almost a year I don't know anything being done to help why I hired them. Early last week they sent a certified letter saying my case is on hold and they won't move forward till I pay more money!!. I was so upset I called and left a message. I did receive a call from a lady, and at first I thought it was to explain and help me, but man I was wrong. It was the girl that only collects money and could not help me only after I paid. I told her what I am going through and said she would talk to owner Kevin O'Flaherty. Now it is about a week and no call. I first left a review last week at 2am because I could not stop thinking about this, and with Covid, the election and just hard to financially survive I just can't believe it. Please do your homework as I am supper disappointed. Please save your time and money.

If I could give 0 stars I GLADLY WOULD! The lawyer did nothing but show up to court tell me not to say anything and never even used any fact or cross examined the witnesses. Plus they are changing me more then original quoted. Worst representation ever!

This firm overcharges its clients! There is no way they can justify their $350 dollar per hour legal services. They overcharged, over billed and under performed in all areas of my matter.
