My husband, Steve and I found Kyom Bae of Sisun Law on their webpage for our first home purchase. At that time, the seller had complex financial issues which she did not disclose to us so my case became extremely complicated. In order to solve these issues, Kyom constantly communicated with the seller’s attorney. He worked hard to protect us and our purchase. Working with him, we found him to be very professional, assertive, honest and sincere. Steve and I especially appreciated Kyom’s sense of urgency on every matter. He always responded to me within a short period time whenever something came up. He also thoroughly explained the aspects of the real estate system or closing process I did not understand. He paid great attention to detail and kept track of and met all of my contract deadlines. There were very unpleasant moments with the seller but Kyom and his staff made the process for a first time home buyer very easy and manageable. We definitely recommend Kyom Bae to anyone looking for a property purchase.
