Our case was a bit complicated by 'ongoing' repairs occurring after we initially started our complaint against GM. Krohn & Moss was on top of all the issues and conveyed them to GM as they happened in order to maximize the relief we would ultimately get from GM. In 2 months time, we arrived at a settlement and very much to our satisfaction. We would highly recommend Krohn & Moss to represent anyone who suffers from loss of use, time invested in trying to work with manufacturers, and expensive related costs when a vehicle becomes totally unreliable and useless to an owner. GM, and I'm sure, other manufacturers Customer Relations tend to do everything they can to make you think they care and want to make things right. In our experience we found they were promising things they would end up not delivering as promised. We were destined to get short changed while they tried to make us go away. Krohn & Moss (Jennifer & Valeriya) did a spectacular job resolving our issues and obtaining fair and justified relief for the lengthy dispute we fought for over 9 months of trying to work with GM on our own. When we find a replacement for this defective vehicle, and purchase another, I will not hesitate to reach out to K&M again if the replacement vehicle proves to be as bad as this one. This protection against potentially very expensive losses when a manufacturer does not provide relief directly is vital to owners who have so much invested in a defective product.

Debbie assisted my family with a traffic citation and was extremely easy to work with, personable, and knew her stuff. My parents are older, and were very nervous despite this being a “minor” situation in comparison. Finding someone in her field who speaks direct to clients in a personable manner is key. Especially someone who works well with all types of clients, age groups, and subject manners. I did the initial legwork of contacted several attorneys prior to passing her information along to my parents, several of which never returned my call. However, I must emphasize that my disappointment primarily stems from the experience of working with your firm throughout this case. One of the critical aspects you failed to address is the fact that I had to chase your office repeatedly to get fully reimbursed. It shouldn't have been my responsibility to ensure that I received the proper reimbursement, especially considering the representation fees I paid. What's even more disheartening is that, in the end, I was deferred to Tesla to collect the remainder of the settlement alone, without the representation that I had paid for. Effective communication shouldn't have been an issue, yet it was, and it added unnecessary stress to an already challenging situation. Furthermore, my frustration lies in the perception that your firm's advocacy during negotiations with Tesla was inadequate. I sought your legal expertise to navigate this process and ensure that my interests were well-represented. Unfortunately, that did not seem to be the case. While I understand that every case is unique and outcomes can vary, it's vital for clients to have trust and confidence in their legal representatives. Regrettably, my experience with your firm did not instill that confidence. I sought their legal expertise in a case against Tesla. We settled on Lemon Law case and Tesla did not reimburse me fully for the vehicle. When trying to resolve the reimbursement of the owed amount I received subpar representation that left me feeling utterly let down. Here's a brief summary of my ordeal: Ineffective Communication: Attorney Krohn & Moss's communication was severely lacking. I had to send multiple emails and requests for updates, often receiving delayed or incomplete responses. It felt like pulling teeth just to get a clear answer. Inadequate Legal Guidance: Their team failed to provide me with comprehensive legal guidance. Instead of fighting for my rights and ensuring I received the proper reimbursement, they seemed disorganized and indifferent to my concerns, leaving me to resolve the matter with Tesla directly. Poor Advocacy: When it came to negotiations with Tesla, Attorney Krohn & Moss did not effectively represent my interests. The result was that I did not receive the full reimbursement owed. Lack of Transparency: Transparency was another major issue. I had to chase them for information about the progress of my case and the status of my reimbursements, which added unnecessary stress to an already frustrating situation. Overall Disappointment: My experience with Attorney Krohn & Moss has left me deeply dissatisfied. They failed to uphold their commitment to me as their client, leaving me out of pocket and frustrated with the entire legal process. In conclusion, my experience with Attorney Krohn & Moss has been nothing short of a disappointment. I would strongly advise against seeking their services, as they have not only fallen short of their professional obligations but have also left me in a worse financial situation.
