Great to work with

Krohn & Moss helped me with a difficult vehicle lemon law dispute. Brandi was very helpful and operated with the highest degree of integrity throughout the process, including providing me resolution options that would not have been beneficial to Krohn & Moss. I could not be more happy with the result, and highly recommend their services!

This firm deserved NO STARS!! I did not have a good experience with this firm. I was told to pay for an expert for my case and while having this report since July, it was just reviewed in December and now I have no case. In September I was assured that my case was going well and it was a good case to take to trial. Months later and hours racked up to increase their fee all of a sudden I do not have a case and I left with nothing while they take majority of the settlement. I have a co-worker who also had a bad experience but I decided to go with this firm anyway and it was a big mistake.

Have dealt with Krohn & Moss twice, with both times being an amazing experience! The second time, I dealt with Brandi Schueler and she was just a blessing to work with! I'm very pleased with the entire outcome and the process couldn't have been easier! Thank you guys so much for your help in resolving my concerns!

They are liars and try to scam their own clients. If you decide you don’t want to work with them when they breach their own contracts they threaten to come after you personally. Their untimely delivery of forms and lies caused extreme damage to one of my accounts.

I was referred to Debbie by my Excellent lawyer to represent a family member in a acrimonious divorce Debbies experience expertise and tenacity was truly outstanding. With that said what stood out the most was the fact she truly cares . Someone with a heart and empathy is of great importance at a time when lives and families are falling apart I cannot recommend her enough and would be happy to talk with anyone about her

Debbie is an outstanding lawyer! She fought tooth and nail for my case. She went through everything with me so I could understand what I read, she answered all my questions. I’ve never been through anything like this and I feel if she wasn’t my lawyer I wouldn’t have gotten the outcome I did. Debbie isn’t just a lawyer who wants your money, she cares for you to get the justice you deserve. I feel like Debbie goes above and beyond so you definitely get your moneys worth if you ever worry about pricing. Any person who ever needs a lawyer I’ll always recommend Debbie Cohen because she gets the job done no matter how complicated the case may get. Things got a little unsure for our case at some point but I still was so grateful for her and everything she had done. To me, that means so much. She left an impact on my heart and I cant say thank you enough for the happy life she gave me, my daughter & my family! So once again, if you are looking for a lawyer, she is the one to most certainly hire. I’ve seen so many reviews on other lawyers on how they just cheat you or ignore you until court comes up, it’s a scary feeling when trying to choose, Debbie is the opposite.

The absolute worst 0/10 would not recommend. Proceed with caution and if you do, pray you do not deal with Natalia or whoever mismanaged my file before being passed along to Natalia. Waste of my time and in just 5 short months of the most pointless communications we settled for less than 20% of our initial demand and somehow they ended up with more money than I did. Biggest scam in existence. Find someone who is competent and isn't just trying to get their hyper-inflated fees and move on to the next file.
