I contacted Krohn & Moss to discuss some issues I was having with my car. I reached out to them on a Saturday, and to my surprise I was able to get a hold of someone on the phone immediately. They followed up with me on Monday just like they promised they would. Shortly after that I was contacted by Brandi who was going to be my attorney in my case against Nissan. She went right to work and did an excellent job. I wasn’t sure what to expect, but she made it very easy for me. Brandi handled everything. She kept in contact with me on a weekly basis. She walked me through all the steps and was there when I had questions? Besides her great work. She was able to get me a settlement above what I expected. Never having dealt with a Lemon Law issue before, to say we were a bit overwhelmed by the process is a bit of an understatement.
