JD Graham and associates are very professional and polite and they treated me real good. I'm very happy going with them on my bankruptcy.

Everyone has been so beyond helpful through the whole process anytime I needed a question answered they were right on it. And helped us make the whole process smooth and easy. Definitely recommend this office.

Terrible at returning emails and calls, continuously drops the ball when it’s in their court and blames you! This has been a terrible and mentally/emotionally exhausting process. I feel worse than I did BEFORE filing. The people treat you like poor crap! There is zero passion this far! 0 out of 10 DO NOT recommend!

This law office was so disgusting there was nothing good about this experience. Mind you I dealt with this attorney in the past when he only had one office. He has since grown to several offices and the attention to detail level of care was horrible from the beginning. I was called with the intake application gave all the information was told I am about to email you the paperwork you need to fill out once we’re off the call. That never happened a day went by days went by a week went by a week and a half went by. I called another clerk Kyara took my information emailed me immediately. I thought there was hope, I was told I would get a call next week didn’t happen. Called in Kyara is now on vacation wait til she comes back. I personally went to the office turned in all paperwork. Waited for Kyra’s to get back which they tried to pace everything on her but no so many people would talk in her place I believe Elizabeth was her name the absolute worse. She would text me once a week saying I needed to call the office about important issues with my bankruptcy case when I would call oh I’m sooo sorry disregard this is about someone else’s case. First time this happen ok a mistake we’re human this started happening weekly. I call again cause JD personally told me not to make a payment on my car note which was current when I initially started bankruptcy l. We are up to three months later and I am still calling asking if I have a case number and told were a little short staff were working on it. I’m like hold on you all have me not paying my car note I’m expecting for you to get my car back if it’s repossessed. Then I asked for a meeting with JD Graham who calls and says we will get you filed immediately he asked if I did the credit counseling. I stated yes they already had me pay for that and my credit report and so on. I get a call from his office the next day and they say we went over everything and we’re set to meet with you on Thursday which was two days later for you to sign and we file and get case number. On the days the morning of this so call meeting I get an email at 8am saying we have a huge problem. Your income is to high so I call them I’m like what the heck is going on? How is it no one knows this and she states you said your husband income was only 2000.00 a month and yours the same I asked her if she was crazy. Not only did I never say that but I have sent six months of check stubs along with tax information I never said that. She states you said it cause I wrote it down. I don’t care what you wrote down I didn’t say it plus you have all my paperwork that you allegedly reviewed and you wait til three months and the day of signing to say this. She says I can give you a refund I’m not saying you did anything wrong I know you’re going to give me a refund and of course zi didn’t do anything wrong. Everything from day one had been horrible. I asked her why would you all have me pay for credit counseling and such if you hadn’t reviewed anything? I asked for a meeting with JD and she states he told her to cancel I got a refund I should be happy. He and his staff is horrible I stated I want a meeting to discuss money you had me pay when I didn’t need to based on your directions and I want to share this experience with him in hopes of it not happenif

Please go to another Firm. I was lied too. Told to not stress that it was going to be okay. Jd told me personally to go to work come home and go to sleep. The rest is up to him. I was very comfortable with those words. Fast forward 4 months later after many calls and no response no emails no calls. Nothing. I almost had my car repossessed and I ended up losing my home. All because of his/staff negligence please go somewhere else you have been warned. They should lose their license over this. But I'm just a nobody. Yea I put myself in the position but that doesn't make me a bad person I needed help. I trusted them and got the shaft in the long run

When I decided to file my bankruptcy, I Prayed then Google attorneys. Read several reviews of 3 attorneys. I felt that J.D. Graham had better reviews. I contacted his office and got a very welcoming voice. Shortly after that I was enroute to his O'Fallon, Illinois office. 3 minutes after arriving I was escorted into Attorney Grahams office. I'm so glad, he was friendly, professional, listened to me, answered all of my questions and concerns. I was not rushed and I felt that before I left he made certain that I was totally satisfied.
