I would recommend them to others. I talked with JD about some issues that got resolved fairly quick.

I typically never give reviews for businesses or companies but I have to state my concern and issues somewhere since this place truly provided no communication. When I spoke to the lawyer for the consultation he was extremely helpful and nice. I was told it would be around 2 months for the filing to be complete. Received all my initial paperwork quickly and I provided everything back within a few days. That was when any communication pretty much impossible. I waited weeks before I reached out to see how it was going and I was told they were working on it and would reach out if they needed anything. I paid and started this process in October and had to call every couple weeks and never received a single phone call back. I finally received an email for a final review in February and I was told my file was ready and given to a para to be filed. A couple weeks later I sent an email to check and was told she no longer had my case. It took weeks to find out who was working on my case due to no returned calls. I gave the company grace since I was told by the new person who had my file that the previous person left a huge mess and they had so much to get in order. The beginning of April (7 months after beginning this btw) we really demanded answers and was told they were currently working on it on their desk at the exact Moment we called yet three days later she had no clue where our file was and once she found it she would call later that day. Two weeks later after a few “we will return your call” we decided to finally give up. The lack of professionalism coming from this office was truly shocking. We were lied to too many times to count. Nothing was done for seven months except our info was put into their system and a few emails they so graciously decided to respond to. Yet we didn’t qualify for any refund (other than our filing fee).

The worst law firm by far. They can't keep people plus tge never keep track of paperwork. Or turn everything the court needs on time. They are totally horrible!

There office is amazing and very helpful. They help me with a difficult situation and made it easy for me. I hope I never have to file bankruptcy again but if I do, I will definitely use their office again.

I'd like to thank JD Graham and his associates for helping me during a difficult time in my life. They're kindness and easy instructions made the bankruptcy process not as scary. I would recommend them for any person needing assistance in a bankruptcy.

Decided to not file and did not receive my deposit back.

Do not waste your breath talking to the staff, and especially don’t waste your money starting a case with them. I explained from the beginning my situation and was told they can take on my case, and I pay the $300+ retainer. I go to make a payment towards my case, they are now telling me they will no longer be doing my case and will get me a referral. Okay no problem, but what about the retainer I paid for nothing to get done and get dropped? I called for the last 2 weeks asking for updates and am told they have nothing, they are still waiting on an answer, and still no information for a referral. I call today, and NOW they tell me a week ago they sent a letter stating if they will refund me or not… WHAT? Oh and no referral, just a good luck. A bunch of shmucks working here. Please, save yourself from an already stressful situation and find yourself another law office to file your bankruptcy through.

The staff is knowledgeable and your information will be handled in an urgent manner. If you are on the brink of financial ruin I would advise seeking assistance elsewhere as this establishment will continue to drive you beyond the point of financial ruin!
