Frank Scarpino is the best this man battled for me for a year and a half on what would have been a 4th Dui game over right No after trying to wheel and deal with the prosecutor with no success we took the case to trial like a pitbull Frank was brilliant throughout an awesome trial lawyer! As he assured me all along we were going to fix this one way or another I was acquitted in trial Frank beat the Dui! Wow awesome you saved my life thank you Frank!

I hired Frank on 02/26/2023 for an informal hearing, I paid Frank in full a total of $1000.00, my recommendation to anyone is not to use him. I've asked for a refund and he won't answer me period. Frank is a dishonest person who, in this case, is a thief. I've contacted ARDC and filed a complaint on him. Hopefully, action is taken against Frank because from other reviews, he has stolen from others. This situation has put me in hardship financially and has stopped me from my promotion at work due to him not following through on his end so and delaying me getting my license back, I am now having to do the hearing on my own. Frank Scarpino is a thief and a fraud.

Very professional and dedicated lawyer

Takes advantage of vulnerable POCs who are unfamiliar with the court process. Paid $5000 and did not see him again. Had to call secretary for updates. He picked up his phone once to tell us he was busy with other cases.

Mr. Scarpino is most understanding, highly experienced and most frank attorney. He has helped with my cases a few years back and I would recommend to others who would need a good advice. He is a good Christian, too. So, I will trust him in the future as well. It's hard to find a good lawyer who will carry through for you.

Frank is a great lawyer. He gets you what YOU want!! He will fight for you for how ever long he needs to. He is well known by other lawyers as well as judges.
