Frank helped my son with his first ticket, he was there 15 min early and got it thrown out. Highly recommended.

PART 2 OF MY REVIEW I RAN OUT OF CHARCTERS!! SEE Jay GAR PART 1 BELOW... I was expecting some last minute "fees" from Frank do to this year long case, but not a word about any additional funds. I even told him 6 months prior, get me out of this and all of my property returned to me and I will give you a 10% bonus. When. on the elevator with him leaving the courthouse, I reminded him of this extra bonus.... FRANK REFUSED! I never in a million years have known a lawyer to turn down additional funds which is why I made sure to take time out of my day to write this review. FRANK IS A LAWYER WHO CARES AND IF YOU ARE TRULY INNOCENT, LIKE MYSELF, I HIGHLY HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND HIM!!!! If you have any doubt about him from what some other people of said in the past, like I myself did.... then I suggest you do as I did, at least do the free consult, and see if the vibe of assurance you receive from Frank was the same as the one I did; and as always FOLLOW YOUR GUT INSTINCT! When you are in a serious situation with your livelihood on the line you want to be sure you make the right decision. Frank was the best decision I could have ever made! One more thing, Frank is such a seasoned veteran... EVERYONE and I MEAN EVERYONE in the courthouse knows him on a first name basis... And his friendly personality seems to go a long way! Walking down with him to receive my bond money from the clerks and accounting department, you can just see all smiles with every single person that deals with him... He not your typical stuck up, coxy, know it all lawyer... He is someone that after all of this has been said and done, I feel I can call a friend. Thank you Frank... you truly saved my life!

PART 1 OF MY REVIEW: I found myself in a very serious situation regarding a felony charge due to an entire family lying to police about an incident. I have never been in any kind of trouble like this before and it was an extremely stressful situations for my family and I. How I originally heard about Frank was actually in county jail, where multiple serious offenders were in lock up with me and they all talked about how great of lawyer he was. This people seemed "VERY" experienced with their own situations so I decided that I would meet with Frank as well as a few other lawyers prior too making my decision on who I would choose. After meeting with multiple lawyers I seen it all... From saying one thing on the phone to completely changing tone on an in person meeting. To others telling me a certain price, seeing my wife's wedding ring, then all a sudden doubling their price. Then I met Frank.... I am a researcher and I have seen some negative reviews regarding Frank online, so I was very weary walking in; in fact it was for this reason he was the last lawyer I decided to visit. Once I met Frank though I have a good read and feel for people and he just gave this certain energy and honest vibe off him to make me want to give him a shot.... He also didn't say some sky rocket price once seeing my wife and I and was truly affordable in the sense of what I felt a case like this should cost. The case extended for OVER A YEAR! I had to show up to court more then 10 times throughout the process. Every time I showed up to court Frank was there to represent me. Every time I began to feel worried and concerned Frank was there to call me the day I sent him the text message just to ease my mind. He was there, held to his word, and he TRULY CARED ABOUT ME AND MY SITUATION, and didn't just see me as a number. There was one hiccup along the way, where Frank called me a week before I was set to go to trial and asked me if I wanted to take the offer to get my felony dropped to a Class A misdemeanor after I have already refused this offer 4 times prior to this. I said to myself "ohhh here we go...." Yet another crooked lawyer who last minute doesn't want to put in the last leg of work that was promised to me.... I'm just another number... Well, the truth to this was Frank actually was just doing his job... Most of us put our selves in the center of our own universes and forget that lawyers have 100's of other clients and cases, and every fine detail of every situation is not possible to remember. I told him NO! WE GO TO TRIAL! And may have told him off a bit over the phone feeling like he was just pushing for the easy out... But I was mistaken... Frank rejected the offer, the trial now less then 5 days a way... and I truly became his TOP PRIORITY over any and everything else in his life. Countless calls, multiple meetings in preparation for the case, on time to trial and READY TO GO! Frank crushed it in court! All the lies that were being told about this family only became more and more apparent through Franks process of questioning. He destroyed the prosecution in so much away that I DID'T EVEN HAVE TO TAKE THE STAND!!!!! 4 witnesses from the prosecution, and not one could keep their story straight from the perfectly executed questions Frank placed upon them... Not even the police officer who testified and committed purgury! And this is very hard to overcome in any instance when it is you vs law enforcement. All in all NOT GUILY VERDICT, all bond money released, all firearms returned; the works! I was extremely impressed through and through.

Frank got me out of a class 4 felony case, possession of 43 Xanax bars. he knew what he had to do in order to help me get through what i was going through. he knew whether or not to take to trial or through negotiations and with him gathering all the information that he needed he got me a deal for 2 years probation, does not got on my record as felony charge, and no community service. Also got me out of a domestic violence case nothing on my record and speeding ticket with nothing on my record. im very blessed to have gotten to know this man

I am putting fingers to the keyboard to bask accolades on attorney Frank Scarpino's performance throughout my DUI encounter. Frank or one of his staff was always available when I had questions regarding my situation. A fact I found unique compared with other attorneys that I've dealt with in the past. Always punctual and ready to go Frank never let me down. But what really blew me away was when my case was taken to trial. Frank was brilliant his carving style was well rehearsed after 23 years experience doing what those young prosecutors where just getting they're feet wet at. To say it most humbly Frank won my case and saved me months of aggravation. Frank does business professionally while bring a while bringing a human quality to the mix. Bravo Frank!

My husband and I took a chance on Frank and couldn't have been more satisfied with the results of our decision! Not only was he prompt and professional, he kept us informed on the strategies he would be using to get the case dropped. And with that strategy, my husbands DUI case was dismissed in less than a year! He's a skilled attorney, and personally we wouldn't use nor recommend anyone else to take on the job! Thanks Frank!

He took the money ad never hear anything from him. Worst lawyer in the world .Don't go here . He is lair . And he threatrn my gf to put her in jail . Bcz we wanted our money back . And she said she will go to police and file complaint against him. I paid him $1000 dollar to start process. He didn't do anything for 6 months. I call him more than 100 times . He never answered . And when he called me back he was starting making excuse that he was busy doing another cases. He took money and I didn't hear anything from him.

Frank has responded to my issues extremely fast. Its hard to find someone in this business that actually treats your issues like one of his, but Frank Scarpino handles my issues like they are his own. I'm so glad I went to him. His expertise and advise has helped me in numerous occasions and the man stands by his word to help you. I appreciate the help, representation and advise Frank has given me and completely solved any issues I have had that caused me so seek out his professionalism to begin with. I have sent a hand full of friends over to him and I am glad that he helped them in the same manner as myself. His card in my pocket and Phone in my contacts. 5 Stars for Mr. Scarpino!
