Mr. Jackowiec III, Always had me call him Walter, it made me feel like I was talking to a good friend instead of a divorce lawyer. His professionalism is outstanding. Walter is always honest and truthful with you up front. Walter never beats around the bush he is always telling you what's going to happen. That is what I love most about Walter.

I hired Walt to help me with what I thought was going to be a routine divorce. When it turned ugly he helped me navigate the legal system, prepare for trial, and ultimately negotiate a reasonable settlement. I don’t anticipate needing his services again, but he would be my first call if I needed help. Also - it gave me a lot of peace of mind that he was so familiar with the opposing council and the judges on the case.

Great attorney

In my collaborative divorce process, Theresa was instrumental in bringing out truth on a level that was previously a challenge for my ex-husband and myself. Until we were in a collaborative meeting one day, I had not fully understood some of his behaviors and the consequences thereof. Although he had technically not lied to me, he had deceived me by omission of some facts in regard to investments and his pension plan. Due to Theresa's diligence and caring for me, as her client, she brought this all to the surface. Theresa, and the collaborative process, "pulled" my relationship with my ex-husband into a place of more openness and communication (in general) than we had experienced in years. Overall, her services and the collaborative process had an effect much like couples' counseling might have. Whenever more truth is brought to light, I believe healing will happen. Theresa definitely brought more truth to light for me/us.
