Divorce can carry a stress that requires an attorney with knowledge of what you'll be going through and understanding to see you through ALL of it. In my collaborative divorce process, Theresa was instrumental in bringing out truth on a level that was previously a challenge for my ex-husband and myself. Until we were in a collaborative meeting one day, I had not fully understood some of his behaviors and the consequences thereof. Although he had technically not lied to me, he had deceived me by omission of some facts in regard to investments and his pension plan.
