I have referred many to Kostopoulos Law Group. Gus, Rosemary, and Joe are experts in their field, well respected, and always work the hardest to get the best outcomes for their clients.

I was facing multiple charges of Domestic Battery , had 3 warrants issued for my arrest and had these stupid charges weighing on me for 6 years, not wanting to face the music. I finally got picked up and with 6 small children at home, there was NO WAY I could afford to have jailtime. Joe listened and asked crucial questions and from the start he told me he would get it dismissed. I was skeptical to say the least. I paid him in 2 payments (he is super flexible) and then waited after the holidays for final court date. Completely dismissed. He will not give you false hope. He is honest, real and the ONLY person I want in my corner. HE IS WORTH EVERY PENNY! Don't have someone else give you the runaround as most attorneys do. Save yourself the BS and GO WITH JOE !!!

My family was guided to the Kostopoulos Law Group a year ago when another attorney told us he could not help and referred us to Joe. Call it fate or destiny, we were truly blessed to come across these lawyers. From the beginning of meeting and discussing our issue to the end of the case Joe was nothing short of a blessing. Although our case took a little over a year to beat, he remained committed to our cause and went above and beyond in providing us with optimism, faith, and resilience along the way. The police arrest initiating the case was shady and reflected police brutality so the police department made it difficult to retrieve video footage. Joe and his team never gave up on trying to acquire the evidence- which the department suddenly lost the footage (they didn’t expect us to ask for the footage). The attorneys were very well aware of the lack of integrity and abuse of power the police can act with, and not once were our feelings devalued. They were also considerate in making payment arrangements and never harassed my family for payments If you have any legal problems I highly recommend you reach out to these attorneys, they will undoubtedly fight heaven and earth to provide you with compassionate service in helping you with your legal matter. No matter how long it takes.

I got myself into some trouble and the first lawyer that i called was Joe Messineo. It was midnight and he still talked me off the ledge and assured me that everything was going to be okay. Joe walked me through all the possible outcomes of my case, and told me how he planned on getting me the best possible verdict. We had one court date and everything went flawlessly. I didn't even have to say a single word. Joe made me feel secure and safe during one of the scariest times of my life. What is best is that my whole case was dismissed and then he walked me through how to put this whole thing to rest for good. Throughout this entire process what I appreciated most was that Joe made me feel like a person that simply made a mistake. Mr. Boone is a class act lawyer. Two years ago my husband and I asked him to help us with our living will and POA documents.
